The entire complex and all units are non-smoking as required by Carpinteria City Ordinance 8.52.050 Public and other places where smoking shall be prohibited.
During the summer weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday only. Weekly rentals during the winter can be any 7-day period.
All rentals include all utilities (excluding long-term rentals).
Basic cable TV in all units.
Phone service is not included..
Linens and Towels are not included.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED; NO PROPANE, CHARCOAL, WOOD OR PORTABLE BBQ GRILLS ARE ALLOWED on patios, balconies or common areas.

Weekly rentals require a refundable security deposit of $300.
